Stressfree future - yes please.

Living in this fast-paced world can be already pretty stressful for all of us, running around at work, taking responsibility about our families, keeping up with the social life, try to get time for the things you love to do or fixing your financial problems…We all know fast speeded life can be and how stressfull periods life can bring to us. Already to hear this word stress, gives me strange feeling to my stomach and makes me feel aweful. I can’t stand it – no one can’t. Especially, if you have bit perfectionist in your personality, for sure you know the feeling when even small little things can release you this horrible thing called stress. I decided to work on my stress free future. Set myself goal “S t r e s s f r e e end of the year 2016”! I don’t need this kind of energy to ruin my joy of life – no one does.

When I compare life in Paris to life in Tunis is completely two different of worlds, both have their good and bad sides. Ambitious, high speeded busy Parisian lifestyle or exotic, never on time, more laid back lifestyle in Tunis. Either one can make me very stressed in a very different ways. After enough experiences, I have to say that for me stress usually don’t come in a busy periods, high speeded life rhythms, it comes more strongly when things does not works well, things are not on time and when people gives you empty promises...I’m from a very well educated country called Finland; where things works exactly how promised ( and even better ) is hard to handle cultures which are more or less on time or talk is very cheap. Working hard for what you love and having busy daily routines does not bother me at all, other things does.

So, this ugly word s t r e s s. For me by doing nothing, dealing with empty promises or lies (in working/business point of view) and waiting for someone or something – brings me huge unnecessary nervous and stress. It really can blows my mind. In Tunis you can’t escape these things what I just said, literally it been “compulsory treatment” for me to deal whit things what triggers me stress. I desided to do some self research about redusing stress and try to let go unnecessary stress. It is good to take a look of our own stresslevel and work on it.

What ever brings you stress, is good to learn to deal with it. Do not let such an negativity ruin your day, week or life. Get motivated to stay positive and learn from others. Cheers for stressfree future!

I collect few things which release me from stress:

  1. Meditate or Do yoga – The best of the best

  2. Breath deeply – you can practise and focus on your breathing anywhere at anytime.

  3. Prepare and get organized for tomorrow – I love to wake up early and take it easy at the mornings. I can’t stand to wake up into hurry and chaos.

  4. Music for moods – Motivates and relaxes me.

  5. Take a walk

  6. Shut off your phone – Disconnect is so good for mental health.

  7. Playing with pet – Rouhy is definitely the best stress releaser ever.

  8. Laugh a little more – humour is the answer for many things

  9. Thing by thing – try to control your thoughts, one thing by time makes things so much more clear. Often writing things down helps me.

  10. Sex
