Sahara been always in my “ must do before I die” - list. This adventurous huge desert with a beautiful sand dunes and endless empty rock roads. I highly recommend everyone to experience at least once in a lifetime. For me I’m sure its not going to be only once in a life time experience, because I want to explore more, but our experience was perfect way for the beginner.

On the road.

First of all there is many different kind of ways to experience Sahara… When we decided to make a day trip to Sahara with our dog Rouhy and children from my fiancés sister – obviously you have to sacrifice a bit, probably the most extreme staff we going to do it later just me and my fiancé. For me before booking was important that the whole day has to be Dog friendly, but also good for the 6 years old boy and 1 month old baby girl. Of course, in the beginning the idea about taking our dog with us to Sahara sounded a bit impossible and way too scaring to me. Its too hot, its too much, its too this and that… But thanks to my fiancé we could made it and our baby dog Rouhy just loved it, TOO MUCH! He is obviously just like his owners, loves to travel and explore new things. This is the first longer day for him away from home which went better than I ever could thought even. When trip is well planned and anticipated you can have a good family day in Sahara. Definitely don’t go the hottest time of the day – plan your timing well with the agency, and tell them honestly what do you need for your day. There is millions of way you can go to Sahara – Sahara car, horse, camel, different kind of motorbikes extreme kind of things, etc. We decided to book special big Sahara car with air conditioner and pet friendly driver. So this way our dog and Nadia’s children has always possibility to stay in cool comfortable place. Remembering also before heading in to the Sahara, pack our packs very well and be prepaid for the desert. For example small little details, I made few bottles of Ice cold water which I put it into cooler so everyone of us could have all the time ice cold water. Also if we stayed outside with Rouhy, cooler is super easy to carry with us it is and it is perfect little place for him to cool down.

Our first stop at the Sahara was Oasis mountain. There was little waterfall, palm trees and river in between the big mountain walls. Of course we climbed up to see the breathtaking view. <3 Worth it.

Little river in Oasis.

Trip continued to the Tamerza. It is big mountain with cute little waterfall. Must see. Rouhy slosh for the first time in a waterfall. So cute and so proud of him<3

After its time to speed up a bit, our driver drove us into the real Sahara. Car speed was over 140. I was so scared but exited as well. So much fun and crazy. Jumping with car, something I never experienced before. Just like in movies.

Last stop Star wars film making spot. Just fabolous.

I probably will hype this day for ever, well spended. Good organized and the best company. In Love with Sahara and of course my fiance, hehe. Sahara magic, can not explain better. Also I couldn’t be happier that our baby dog Rouhy had this opportunity to come with us, he was so exited about the mama nature, run wild and free, spread love, happiness and pure joy. <3

TOMORROW OUR TINY LITTLE FAMILY WILL BE IS IN FINLAND <3 SEE YOU BABES.
